BOOKING FEES:

A 50% booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This must be paid within 2 hours of booking an appointment. If your appointment is less than or equal to $30 you must pay the full price of the service which will be non-refundable as it will count as the booking fee.

 

If you give 48hours or more notice when cancelling you are able to transfer your 50% booking fee to another time. You can do this only ONCE before you must pay another booking fee for a new appointment.

In the circumstance that I need to reschedule, the 50% booking fee will be transferred to a new appointment time with a $10 discount code voucher for you to use due to inconvenience on your end.

​

The fee is in place to secure the time set for your appointment and also protect my own time which I have set out for you. This also covers any time I put into contacting you etc.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS:

IF YOU ARE 15 MINUTES LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE CANCELLED BY ME ON THE SPOT

If you do not show up to an appointment without letting me know, I will not take you on as a client for any services. You must give 48hours or more notice when cancelling an appointment if you wish to secure another appointment time with your booking fee otherwise it is non-refundable.

INFILL POLICY:

 To qualify for an infill you must have 50% or more remaining lashes. You will be charged for a full set if you have less than 50% Remaining.

PLEASE COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT FREE OF EYE MAKEUP.

 

I do not infill other lash technicians work. In the circumstances that you would like me to infill lashes that are not done by me i will kindly advise you that i do not infill over other lash technicians work and to book for a removal and full set.

 

 AGE POLICY:

Under 18s require caregiver/parent consent! And must be present at the beginning of the appointment to sign the waiver form. (they do not have to stay during service)

 

REFUND POLICY:

Any refunds given will be charged a 30% handling fee on the total refund amount. (total refund amount does not include 50% booking fee).

AFTER HOURS POLICY:

A $20 after-hours fee will be charged to all appointments after 5pm. This is non-refundable and non-transferable

GRACE PERIOD

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact Azaleabeautynz within 72hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns. It will be done so with a complimentary 1hour touch up if its the fault of application or products. Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price. Any grace period touch-ups must be booked in within 4 days of the complaint. You must make time or choose to pay for a later date as I will not take being lied to as a joke.

FULL PAYMENTS MADE BEFORE APPOINTMENTS

If you decide to pay in full before your appointment- Any cancellations made will be eligible to have their booking fee used towards another appointment time (once), however, there will be a 30% handling fee charged for any refunds made on the total refunded amount.

By booking an appointment you accept that you have read, understand and agree to all policies.

NOTE: Please let me know if you have lashes on from a previous appointment with a different lash tech as this will result in removal and extra costs. You will also lose out on precious lashing time which could mean less than full lashes as a result
