Cancellation Policy

By booking I understand the following Terms and Conditions • Booking and walk ins available • Flash designs are set designs only. No custom changes, resizing, or alterations. • Limited spaces available – once capacity is reached, walk-ins may close. • Full payment required on the day before service begins (cash or eftpos) • One design per person unless time allows. • Wait times may vary – please be prepared to wait. • Late arrival may result in loss of place in the queue. • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or voucher. • You must disclose any medical conditions, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or contraindications prior to treatment. • The artist reserves the right to refuse service if a design or service is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. • By participating, you consent to before and after photos being taken for marketing purposes (please advise on the day if you wish to opt out). I understand I cannot be tattooed while intoxicated Must be 18+ I understand if I am 3 minutes or more late to the booked time than my spot will be given to the next person
