TERMS OF SERVICE
Zinniacollectionz is a trading name of Azaleabeautynz and herein may be referred to as “Zinniacollectionz”, “We” or “Us. As used herein, “stockist” and “You” shall mean the person or organisation who takes possession of the products.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated and implied.
2. INSPECTION OF GOODS ON RECEIPT
Unless the stockist has inspected the goods and given written notice to Zinniacollectionz within two (2) days after delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, the goods are deemed to have been accepted in good order and condition.
3. LIABILITY
Once the goods have been delivered and signed by the Stockist all risk of loss is the responsibility of the stockist. If any fault in the goods is deemed to be from misuse, wear and tear, tampering or not following care instructions no refund or replacement will be offered.
3.1 The stockist buying from us will own the goods purchased and all the benefits and liabilities associated with them. Which means you are liable for all Zinniacollectionz products that are sold by you.
3.3 Zinniacollectionz lashes are made by hand and each lash is unique. Due to this, the lashes may have small differences, this would only be minor. Please note that this is not a fault.
4. Intellectual property
All Intellectual Property rights and interests owned or used by Zinniacollectionz in connection with its business belong to or are licensed to Azaleabeautynz . You may not use any of the Intellectual Property without the written permission of Zinniacollectionz, except as otherwise provided for in clauses 4.2
4.2 You undertake to use the Brand Name and, if required by Zinniacollectionz, Logo when advertising Goods supplied by Zinniacollectionz and anywhere where the Goods are described or named including on websites, labels and invoices.
4.3 You must not use or permit the use of the Brand Name or Logo in any manner that would be detrimental to or inconsistent with the good name, good will, reputation and image associated with the Intellectual Property or Zinniacollectionz
5. Amendments
These terms and conditions may be amended or replaced from time to time by Zinniacollectionz. Any order placed after such amendment is made and placed on this website will represent an agreement by you to be bound by the amended terms and conditions
6. PRICE, CURRENCY + GST All wholesale prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of the 15% Goods & Services Tax (GST). Orders will be processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) only, we do not accept payments in other currencies.
7. PAYMENT Zinniacollectionz has multiple payment options including:
Bank transfer
Card
Afterpay
Laybuy
Genoapay
(Fees may apply)
The stockist must inform us on how they would like to pay. This must be in full via any of the payment options
8. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Our products are sent via Nzpost. Whilst we post parcels via overnight courier, this is out of our hands and delays may occur. You must contact nzpost if any issues shall arise in transit and with delivery
9.LEAD TIME
All lashes and packaging are made to order and can take up to two weeks to manufacture and a further 2 weeks to deliver. If your chosen lashes are not in stock then you may be waiting up to 5 weeks to receive your order. At anytime, Zinniacollectionz will update you with the progress of your order and shipment. Any delays are not the fault of zinniacollectionz.
10. Refunds
Once the order is placed and confirmed there will be no refunds what so ever. (so please make sure you are 100% wanting to order wholesale) As the products are made to order.
Any refunds due to faulty product will incur a 15% admin fee
