Returns & Exchanges

If you have received an item damaged or faulty we will exchange or refund this. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days after receiving your order. We can not offer refunds/exchanges after the product has been worn or removed from its original packaging. Items must be returned to us in their original state. You must send photographs of the faulty/damaged products in order for us to help you find a solution. (Refund/replacement)

Returning items for a refund
If you are required to return an item, the shipping cost will be refunded to you. You must provide a receipt to prove this cost before we can refund you the shipping. Zinniacollectionz do not pay returns postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.

Once your returned item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. After inspection, we will then notify you of the approval/rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that this can take up to a week to show. There is often processing times. This is out of our hands.

Returning items for Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at azaleaenquiries@gmail.com and send your item to 11 Ngarongo street, Te Kuiti 3910, New Zealand

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel with tracked courier.

You can only exchange a product for the same product. If the product is out of stock, then you will be given a refund
NOTE -we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items that are unwanted or if you’ve change of mind.

Uncollected Mail
If you miss your parcel being delivered, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery or to collect it from your postal Office.

Incorrect Address
If the address you entered as your shipping address is incorrect please let us know as soon as possible so that we can update it before your order is dispatched. We can't change an address once the order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these details are correct. If the parcel has been dispatched prior to receiving contact of the shipping address being incorrect it is the responsibility of the customer who placed the order to contact nzpost about redirecting this parcel to the correct address. Zinniacollectionz cannot do this for you

In the event the parcel is returned to us then the customer is liable to pay for the re-postage of the order, which will be invoiced upon receipt of the item.

Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund there will be a standard 30% administration fee deducted from any refund. If you didn't pay for postage and instead claimed one of our free postage offers a further $6 will be deducted from your refund
