Shipping policies

Please allow 24hours for your order to be processed and shipped out. We ship our orders with Parcel wings (nzpost) once you’ve placed an order you should receive a confirmation email. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking email. If you do not receive any of these emails within 3 days of ordering then please contact azaleaenquiries@gmail.com with your name and order number in the subject box

All orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day. Any orders after this time aren’t guaranteed same day shipping and could be shipped the next business day (excludes public holidays). Orders placed on Friday(afternoon)-Sunday will be posted the following Monday.

Whilst our orders are sent with overnight shipping. It is not guaranteed and there could be delays which are external matters and we are not responsible for this. Please contact NZpost directly for any queries

Please note that once your order has left our care we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during transit. NZ POST is responsible for delivering your package on time. If you have questions about shipping and/or delivery please contact us at azaleaenquiries@gmail.com If you claim to not of received your order despite the tracking saying it has been delivered by Nzpost or claim the parcel has been damaged we will launch an investigation with Nzpost which can take up to 14 days
