Service Description
You will book for the initial session now and then your following 6 week touch up closer to the date. This service price includes your initial brow service plus your 6 week touch up. This cannot be exchanged for money nor a different service
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS AND RESCHEDULING IF YOU ARE 15MINUTES LATE TO AN APPOINTMENT IT WILL BE CANCELLED BY US ON THE SPOT AND YOUR BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE USED TOWARDS A NEW APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL NEED TO PAY ANOTHER BOOKING FEE TO SECURE A NEW APPOINTMENT. REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST (FEES APPLY) If you do not show up to an appointment without letting us know, we will not take you on as a client for any services. We ask that 24hours or more notice is to be given if you decide to cancel or Reschedule/change your appointment time or you must pay another 50% booking fee to book/secure a new time. ​ AGE POLICY Under 18s require caregiver/parent consent! And must be present at the beginning of the appointment to sign the waiver form. (they do not have to stay during service) ​ REFUND POLICY Any refunds given will be charged a 10% handling fee on the total refund amount. (total refund amount does not include 50% booking fee).
