Service Description
This is a light volume infill appointment only. Please book your infills accordingly as I can only lash so much in a certain period. Please ensure you have 50% lashes remaining. If you want guaranteed fullness please book a longer infill appointment You may also like to add colour or glitter lashes to the ends of the lash sets. This is not a full colour and glitter infill set Prices include GST
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, No-Shows & Rescheduling Late Arrivals If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled on the spot, and your booking fee will be forfeited. You will need to pay a new booking fee to secure another appointment. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up without notifying us will unfortunately not be accepted for any future bookings. Cancellations & Appointment Changes We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment time. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be required to pay another 50% booking fee to secure a new appointment. Refund Policy Refunds are available upon request and are subject to the following: A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the total refundable amount. The original 50% booking fee is non-refundable. Age Policy Clients under the age of 18 must have parent or caregiver consent. A parent or guardian must be present at the start of the appointment to sign a waiver form. They do not need to remain for the duration of the service.
